NEW DELHI: A court here on Tuesday dropped the procedures against Managing Director of land major Emaar MGF Shravan Gupta after he educated it that the Delhi High court has subdued summons given against him for a situation recorded by the Income Tax (I-T) office for purportedly not outfitting subtleties of his ledgers.
Not withstanding that, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Devendra Kumar Sharma noticed that the high court in its April 6 request has subdued the summons given against Gupta.
“In this view, procedures qua Shravan Gupta are dropped,” the court said.
The high court has informed that the preliminary court’s request for bringing Gupta as charged was obligated to be subdued on “specialized explanation”.
